Over the last semester, I’ve been busy with learning how to knit on various knitting machines. Here’s a small collection of knit fabrics I produced for a recent project inspired by macro textures from deep-sea reefs. The above samples were made using an 8G v-bed machine.
*side note* So..the print-a-day project became hard to realistically keep up with! However, with summer break coming up very shortly, and a 2 month trip planned for India (more on that later!), I look forward to being inspired by the richness of various places where I’ll be visiting - and hope to produce a body of work whilst I’m there.  x

SELAH:

a word frequently used in the book of Psalms as a liturgical music mark or an instruction on the reading of the text to ‘stop and listen’ or to ‘pause, and think of that’…

i’ve taken some time off from my holiday project “a-print-a-day” - to pause, and to reflect on the work i’ve done so far.

(daily posting will resume starting tomorrow!)
